Maxine Hamilton
My Journey from the Shearing Shed to Global Impact
I was born into a world of raw intensity—the deep south of New Zealand, where men were men, and women were only seen when they weren’t doing what needed to be done. My first job, as a little girl, was sorting ‘dags’ from the wool in the shearing shed, my small hands working through the thick, oily fleece. It was a world of hard labor, silent endurance, and unspoken power—the men led, but the women ran the whole show in the shadows. My mother, my grandmother—extraordinary women who never claimed the title.
At 17, I left. I didn’t know what I was looking for, only that there had to be more. By 18, I was on a plane to the UK, drawn by an unshakable need to explore, to live life on my own terms. That first leap into the unknown was my initiation into transformation—the moment I stepped beyond the limits of what I had been told was possible.
From the Edge of Tradition to the Halls of Aristocracy
My first marriage was a study in contrasts—moving from the daughter of a sheep shearer to the wife of aristocracy. It was there that I encountered the concept of dynamic equilibrium, the foundational philosophy of Osteopathy. The idea that true balance comes not from rigidity but from adaptability struck a deep chord within me. It became a guiding principle in my work and life.
After my divorce, I pursued my education with relentless curiosity. I completed MSc modules in Clinical Neuroanatomy, Advanced Integrated Medicine, and Obstetrics, studied psychotherapy and meditation, all while remarrying and raising three sons. But beneath the academic drive was a deeper hunger—the need to prove my worth, to understand who I was beyond the roles I played.
I consumed thousands of books, trained under world-class teachers—mostly men. For years, my search for wisdom led me to masculine frameworks of success. But something was missing. The answers I sought weren’t just in the mind—they were in the body, the spirit, the feminine wisdom that had been long buried.
The Pilgrimage to Power
I traveled across continents, walking the ancient paths of transformation. I stood in the Great Pyramid of Egypt, feeling the resonance of something far older than words. I climbed the sacred sites of Peru and Bolivia, seeking the wisdom of those who had come before. I studied the mystical, the energetic, the forgotten sciences of alignment and flow.
Everything I had learned—the extremes, the questions, the relentless pursuit of understanding—collided into a singular truth: Women are the lost foundation of global flourishing. Our radiance, our health, our wealth are not luxuries. They are the blueprint for a new world.
My journey led me to work with worldwide royalty, including Her Majesty, her family, and the Household at Buckingham Palace for 17 years. This experience further reinforced my growing sense of worth from the inside out, proving that true transformation is not dictated by status but by deep, internal alignment.
And so, I became a Priestess of Avalon—not as a title, but as a return. A remembering. A reclamation of the power that was always ours.
Building a Legacy of Transformation
Today, I channel my lived experience and learned expertise into transforming the lives of awakening women—high-achieving, powerful souls who have outgrown the lives they built and are ready to reclaim their full power. My work is not just about healing; it’s about guiding women back to their deepest knowing, to the sovereignty that was never truly lost.
I am building a coaching movement that redefines what is possible for women. This is about legacy, about impact, about creating a tidal wave of transformation that lifts us all.
Your scars, your victories, your wild, unexpected life experiences—they are not random. They are the alchemy of your transformative capacity. The world does not need more surface-level success. It needs those who have walked through the fire, who have integrated the extremes, who can hold the space for real change.
This is what I do. This is who I am. And this is what I am here to teach.
